Job description:

• The candidate will be a part of manual testing team responsible for conducting User Acceptance Tests, smoke tests,
• Document and track software defects using bug tracking tools, ensuring that all issues are properly logged, escalated, and resolved.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality software.
• Identify and propose improvements to testing processes, methodologies, and tools to enhance the overall quality assurance process.
• Communicate test results, progress, and any relevant information to stakeholders and project teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or above in business computer, Information Technology, Computer Science or any related fields.
• 2+ years of proven experience as a manual tester or quality assurance analyst in software development projects.
• Experience in Software Testing (Manual and/or Automated), System Test, Integration Test and/or User Acceptance Test is a plus.
• Strong analytical and proven ability to quickly understand complex business and systems and provide a suited solution for clients.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with stakeholders and team members.

Required Skills:

• Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with test management tools, bug tracking systems, and test case management tools.
• Proficiency in writing clear and concise test cases, test plans, and test scripts.
• Comfortable in taking ownership and delivering end to end testing
• ISTQB or other relevant software testing certifications are a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
